In collaboration with Randstad Italia, the University Career Service is offering the workshop "The onboarding process: what to expect when joining a company", an event focused on placement and the in-company training model, which will take place on Friday, November 28, 2025, from 9:00 to 11:30 a.m. in Central Building A, left wing, first floor, Bachelet Hall.

We'll start with your fears and doubts to understand how to best approach entering the workforce and how to embrace in-company training as an opportunity. Don't be afraid of not knowing; you can learn everything!

• An interactive workshop: starting from your fears and doubts, we'll learn how to understand and navigate the in-company training period.
• A company testimonial: hear from those who, upon joining the company, found themselves facing new challenges and how training and onboarding were crucial.
