At Trieste’s Miela Theatre, on Thursday 15th February 2024 at 6 p.m., , ‘Constitutional Reforms!’ will take place, a meeting between professor Mauro Barberis, writer and lecturer in Philosophy and Theory of Law at the University of Trieste, and Carmelo Lopapa, journalist for the national newspaper La Repubblica.
