On Thursday 20 February 2025 the historic City Council Hall of Trieste will host the first assembly of the ANCI FVG Regional Conference of City Councils with the participation of the presidents or their delegates of the municipalities of Friuli Venezia Giulia.

During the Assembly, a conference entitled ‘The City Council as a hub of local governance: powers, functions and new perspectives of participation and control’ will be held starting at 4.30 p.m., with the intervention of prof. Andrea Crismani, professor of Administrative Law at the University of Trieste, who will speak on ‘Powers and attributions of the City Council, economic-financial planning, political and legal-accounting responsibilities’.
