The meeting is organized by the Alma Mater Studiorum - University of Bologna, as part of the periodic cycle of seminars on Public Finance and Principles of the Legal System, with the theme "The Budget Session", and will feature prof. Giacomo Biasutti, Associate Professor of Administrative Law at the University of Trieste, with a talk on local government investment.
