From 17 August to 25 September 2026, students at the University of Trieste are invited to complete questionnaires on their overall experience during the 2025/2026 academic year and on the exams they have taken.

The questionnaires, proposed by the Quality Assurance Board and shared with the Student Council, focus on:

• the overall university experience during the 2025/2026 academic year, complementing the survey conducted in April;
• each exam taken during the 2025/2026 academic year, with particular attention to how the exams were conducted and whether they were consistent with the assessment methods outlined for each course.

The questionnaires can be completed through the ESSE3 Online Services. During the survey period, students will be required to complete all the questionnaires provided before they can proceed with other operations available on the system.

The questionnaires are anonymous. The feedback and suggestions collected help identify strengths and areas for improvement in the university experience and services.
