From 10 to 14 November 2026, Trieste will host the Hysteroscopy Winter School 2026, an intensive training programme dedicated to diagnostic and operative hysteroscopy, held at IRCCS Burlo Garofolo.

The course is open to six resident doctors in Gynaecology and Obstetrics regularly enrolled at an Italian university and combines theoretical lessons, simulator-based training, diagnostic and operative outpatient hysteroscopy, and operating-room activities, under the supervision of staff from the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Clinic at IRCCS Burlo Garofolo.

The programme aims to provide in-depth training in hysteroscopic techniques, with particular attention to minimally invasive surgery, conservative treatments, currently available technologies and the latest scientific evidence, combining theoretical learning with practical experience.

Applications must be submitted by certified email (PEC) to dsm@pec.units.it by 12:00 noon on 25 September 2026. Applications will be accepted in chronological order until all six available places have been filled.

The registration fee is €450 and must be paid by successful applicants by 5 October 2026, according to the instructions that will be provided to them.
