New DAAD funding programs - application deadline: July 31, 2026

The following calls are open to doctoral students and postdocs from all disciplines, as well as faculty in the arts and architecture fields, interested in conducting research and academic collaboration in Germany:

• Research grants in Germany for doctoral students and young researchers;
• New invitations for DAAD Alumni;
• Work stays for university professors in the fields of architecture, visual arts, design, music and performing arts.

An online information event will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2026, at 3:30 PM on Microsoft Teams to present the German Research Fellowships program.

During the meeting, the participation requirements and application procedures will be explained, and it will also be possible to ask our staff questions directly.
