Calendar 21 May 2026, 5 - 7 pm Testo evento The Ducaton Gallery will open on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at 5:00 PM, at the Conference Center at Via Alviano 18, Gorizia.In 2024, Trieste-born painter Annamaria Ducaton (1936-2026), on the occasion of the centenary of the University of Trieste, has donated a series of paintings entitled "La donna del mare" (The Lady from the Sea) to the University. Created between 1984 and 1985, the cycle consists of 28 canvases and is inspired by Henrik Ibsen's 1889 play of the same name.
