The Ardis Trieste Psychological Counseling Service is organizing two practical sessions in small groups dedicated to strengthening assertiveness and self-esteem. The sessions are free and reserved for students of the University of Trieste and the Tartini Conservatory of Trieste. They will be held at the Student Residence at Via Gozzi 5, Trieste, second floor, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM on Wednesday, April 15th and Wednesday, May 13th, 2026.
