On Friday, November 21, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., the Conference entitled "University Litigation" will be held at the University of Trieste, Central Building A, Aula Venezian, as part of the Administrative Procedural Law Course.

Introduced and moderated by Andrea Crismani, Full Professor of Administrative Law at the University of Trieste.

The discussion will address the main areas of university litigation, offering an overview of the complex activities that characterize the life of a university. A specific focus will be given to the Legal Office, illustrating its functions, intervention methods, and the support provided to academic bodies and administrative structures.
The meeting will also be an opportunity to present the book "University Litigation" by A. Crismani, M. Croce, L.K. Gergic, E. Giardina, G. Tomassini, Editoriale Scientifica Napoli 2025.
