On Wednesday, May 27, 2026, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, the workshop "Participation and climate change: Laboratory dedicated to students" will take place at the Roseto di San Giovanni in Trieste.

This initiative is part of the participatory process for drafting the Strategy and Regional Plan for Adaptation and Mitigation to Climate Change of the Autonomous Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia. This multi-level process involves institutions, experts, and citizens, and its results will contribute concretely to regional policies to combat climate change.

The meeting is designed specifically for university students, who will be involved in an interactive workshop where they can share ideas and proposals for concrete actions to address climate change. Broad participation from the Trieste student community is essential, as only through the contribution of the younger generations will it be possible to develop a climate strategy that is not merely technical, but reflects the way we want to experience our region and our society.
