The "Mathematicians at Work" event will take place on Friday, May 8, 2026, at 3:30 PM, and is scheduled to last two hours, in Room 3A, Building H3 (third floor), on Via Valerio.

"Mathematicians at Work" is an initiative organized by the Department of Mathematics, Computer Science, and Geosciences as part of the Scientific Degree Plan (Mathematics Project). This event features five mathematics graduates who will share their professional and academic experiences with the aim of exploring the role of mathematicians in industry and the world of work.

The initiative is also offered to high school students as an orientation activity to provide a concrete and varied overview of the career opportunities that the Mathematics degree program can offer.
