On Tuesday, October 28, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, in Building H3 on the Campus, Room 2c, and online, as part of the Administrative Procedural Law Course, the conference entitled "Local Authority Litigation" will take place.

Giampaolo Giunta, Secretary General of the Municipality of Trieste, will speak.

Introduced and moderated by Andrea Crismani, professor of Administrative Law at the University of Trieste.

The discussion will address the main forms of litigation in local governments, with reference to matters such as personnel, urban planning and construction, and public contracts. Starting with specific cases, the discussion will examine developments in the various jurisdictions (ordinary and administrative) and emerging case law trends affecting the institution's activities, with the aim of highlighting the main application issues and key operational issues.
