The Ardis Academic Psychological Counseling Service is organizing a free, 8-session practical mindfulness course for students enrolled at the University of Trieste, the "G. Tartini" Conservatory, the Volta Technical Institute, and the Nautical Academy. The series of meetings, led by professor Tullio Giraldi, will be held at the CdS gym at Via Gozzi 5 in Trieste every Thursday starting October 8, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM. It's recommended to bring a towel and non-slip socks.
