Why classrooms are levelling up

This intervention is part of UniTS IS LEVELLING UP, a University project aimed at refurbishing its spaces to make them more welcoming, efficient and functional.

Each intervention represents a concrete investment in the quality of university life, focusing on students, teachers and staff.

What’s planned

In accordance with the principles of inclusiveness and sustainability, the interventions will progressively involve different classrooms of the University and will include:

🪑 New furniture and seating
⚡ Work stations with power outlets
💻 Up-to-date multimedia technologies
🏗️ Maintenance and improvement of learning spaces
☀️ New curtains and furnishings where required

The goal is to create more modern, comfortable and flexible classrooms that meet the needs of university education today and tomorrow.

This project will be implemented in stages.

What changes during the works

Some classrooms may be temporarily unavailable during works.

The University will adopt all the necessary organisational solutions to ensure the continuity of educational activities, relocating lectures to alternative classrooms whenever necessary.

No. Any classroom changes will be communicated through the institutional channels of the University.
