On Thursday 7 and Friday 8 May 2026, the University of Trieste will host the "Day of Thought" at San Giovanni Park (Room A, Building O), with the support of the Department of Life Sciences.

The Day of Thought is an annual conference where Italian researchers in the psychology of thought meet in an informal and open atmosphere.

This year's presentations will focus on reasoning, judgment, decision-making, and problem solving.

The morning session of May 7th is dedicated to Vittorio Girotto, a former professor at the University of Trieste, and will discuss his research topics. On the afternoon of May 8th, a session will be held on human thought and artificial intelligence.
