The master aims to train professionals aware of the new challenges in the Third Sector, updated on the regulatory evolution of the social body that is assuming a fundamental role in post-pandemic society. The modular path is designed to increase the professionalism of public administrations (PA) and Third Sector Entities (ETS) called upon to manage the "inclusive transaction," capable of promoting social cohesion and respecting the UN 2030 agenda and the new current and future needs. The topics addressed include constitution, decision-making processes, governance, work and voluntary relationships, and the operational functioning of ETS, including corporate and tax compliance. Classroom teaching is complemented by a project work to be developed, for those interested, through an internship. This situated learning activity aims to apply the learned skills to real cases, examined with the support of a tutor to analyze the studied process with the necessary expertise. The training process is completed with the presentation of experiences, workshops, and contributions shared by the protagonists of administrative, entrepreneurial, cooperative, and associative activities
