Applications are now open for the Advanced Training Courses and Professional Development Course in the Life and Health Sciences area at the University of Trieste for the 2026/2027 academic year.

The educational offer is aimed at graduates and professionals interested in acquiring or updating specialist skills in the fields of first-level ultrasound examinations, medical tattooing and the multidisciplinary treatment of acute traumatic injuries of the lower limbs.

Advanced Training Courses

For graduates in Medicine and Surgery who meet the specific admission requirements

• Orthoplastic Surgery: Multidisciplinary Treatment of Open Fractures of the Leg and Foot
  Applications open until 4 December 2026.

Professional Development Course

For qualified beauticians and registered nurses

• Medical Tattooing for Dermopigmentation of the Nipple-Areola Complex
  Applications open until 9 September 2026.

Teaching activities will begin between autumn 2026 and early 2027, according to the schedule established for each course.
