Application submission: terms defined by the Admission Notice

  1. Pay the 1st installment of the academic year 2024/25 for the course of origin (if you do not find the fee in Esse3, contact the Admissions Office of the destination course); you must also be up to date with enrollments for previous years.
  2. For the 1st year fill out the form: it is editable, so fill it out digitally and save your copy, keeping the Word format;
    for a year after the first instead use the form already completed to ask for the pre-assessment
  3. Access the Online Student Secretariat and log in.
  4. In the Home Menu, select Course Transfer and follow the guided procedure, attaching the form when prompted.
  5. At the end of the online procedure, you will need to pay the €16.00 stamp duty that the system will have charged.

Attention: the stamp duty must be paid even if you subsequently submit a transfer application to another course of study.

The transfer fee (30 euros if you do not request recognition of exams or 60 euros if you do) will be charged after the completion of enrollment in the new course.

Clarifications

For high school diplomas obtained abroad, the offices will verify eligibility for access to the new course of study.

  • The competent educational structure will deliberate on validations and the year of enrollment. If you do not request recognitions (see form), you will be automatically enrolled in the first year.
  • You cannot take exams from the submission of the application until the completion of enrollment in the new course.
