24 March 2026, 3 - 4 pm Testo evento A space education program for high schools developed by MIT and the University of TriesteOn Tuesday, March 24 and Thursday, March 26, 2026, starting at 3:00 PM, the Department of Physics, on the Piazzale Europa Campus, will host the event "From Earth to Orbit: Building a Space Generation", two afternoon sessions to introduce space to schools.Registration deadline: March 15, 2026.For teachers: teach the skills of a space mission through teaching methods adapted to the mathematics, physics, and computer science tools of high school.For students: knowledge and activities to develop their own space mission, starting in high school.The number and variety of space-related professions (including non-scientific ones) is growing rapidly. A basic education in space sciences starting in high school will enable future generations to participate in the sustainable development of space activities.
