On January 30, February 27, and March 27, 2026, in the Council Room of Building C11, first floor, from 4:30 to 6:00 pm, free informational Mindfulness Meditation meetings will be held with teacher Monica Santarossa, as part of the PRO - BENE - COMUNE Project.

Mindfulness (presence of mind) is a stress-reduction technique based on the practice of awareness. It is a set of codified techniques that originate from the practice of vipassana meditation, a term that can be translated as insight or non-discursive knowledge. It consists of being attentive to the unfolding of experience in the here and now, maintaining an attitude characterized by receptivity, non-reactivity, kindness, and equanimity towards the experience.

Among the benefits of Mindfulness, numerous cognitive neuroscience studies have highlighted a strengthening of neuropsychological systems related to attention, emotion regulation, and awareness of oneself and one's bodily states.
