The aim is to overcome the barriers that often keep young people away from the theatre, by offering events capable of capturing their interest and stimulating active participation. Furthermore, Uniteatro fosters exchange and knowledge between CUT members and emerging theatre companies of the same age, and in this case international ones, creating an environment of mutual comparison and growth. After each performance, actors, audiences and organisers get together to exchange ideas, helping to build a dynamic and collaborative youth theatre community. The Level 1 course group will present the play “2001” on Tuesday 27 May at 9 pm. 2001 was a year like so many others, yet some years imprint themselves in the collective memory with greater intensity. Chronicles of a swipe up'. While the inhabitants of Pompeii watch the sky darken on the horizon, the eyes of the world swarm over the tragedy, like vultures attracted by the carcass of pain, through the screens of their electronic devices. The catastrophe slowly unfolds, and around it a grotesque representation takes shape, where the real drama is instrumentalised by those who observe and narrate it. A disaster takes on multiple faces, is captured by countless cameras, produces a myriad of reactions. It becomes the object of sharing, of commentary, of consensus expressed in hits of likes, losing, piece by piece, its human dimension and the respect due to genuine pain.On stage Simone Ermiglia, Alessia Marot, Maria Clotilde Savegnago, Fabrizio Diaz Guerra, Allegra Geraci, Leonardo Edalucci, Giovanni Sani, Anna Smaniotto, Carmen Sabato, Silvia Testa, Giacomo Del Ben, Carolina Bresciani, Ilaria Caramel, Elena Sofia Recio, Giovanni Battista Pastore, Bianca Bucur, Samuele Andreoli, Francesco Vitturi, Giulia Liberalato.
