On Friday 16 May 2025, at 6:30 p.m., at the Rogers Station, Riva Grumula 14, Trieste, the conference ‘On the Face of the Earth’ will be held, with speaker Giovanni Fraziano.

The event, curated by Sara Basso, Thomas Bisiani and Adriano Venudo, is open to the public.

Giovanni Fraziano, Udine 1953. Senior Research at the University of Trieste. He was Dean of the Faculty of Architecture and delegate of the Rector. Director of the Department of Architectural Design, of the PhD in Architectural Design and of the PhD School in Sciences of Man, Society and Territory. He has taught at the IUAV and the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice. Visiting professor in Lyon and Nancy He is author of essays, books, installations and numerous projects. Since 2017, he has been president of the Rogers Station humanities centre. From 1988 to 1992 he was editor-in-chief of the architecture journal 'Phalaris.
