Student seminar ‘Leadership, Team Building and Social Strategies’ starts on 8 May 2025

The seminar, organised by the Innovators Community Lab, is aimed at all University students interested in acquiring practical skills in teamwork management, leadership development and organisational communication. During the training course, group dynamics, motivation techniques and decision-making processes oriented towards the achievement of common goals will be analysed. Particular attention will be paid to assertive leadership style and building a solid and effective team identity.

The calendar of meetings, all in presence at the Former Ospedale Militare, via Fabio Severo 40, Trieste, is as follows:

8 May, 16:00 - 18:00 hours

14 May, 2 p.m. - 5 p.m.

20 May, 4 p.m. - 6 p.m.

23 May, 16:00 - 19:00 hours

The total duration of the course is 10 hours. In order to obtain the digital certificate of attendance (Open Badge), a minimum attendance of over 70% is required.
