Good Practice Questionnaire 2024/25

The University of Trieste has been carrying out a self-assessment process for some time now, with the aim of analysing its ability to respond to the needs of its various stakeholders, first and foremost the students.

One of the main listening tools is represented by the annual surveys of students' opinions on teaching activities and their overall experience at the University of Trieste, on which you can find detailed information and the main results at: http://web.units.it/presidio-qualita/valutazione-della-didattica-e-servizi-supporto

For some years now, the University of Trieste has also been taking part in the Good Practice project, coordinated by the Politecnico di Milano, which offers the opportunity to measure satisfaction with the services offered by the University by means of questionnaires addressed to all members of the University (lecturers, technical-administrative staff and students).

This allows us not only to gather your opinion on the administrative and support services offered by the Athenaeum, but also to compare ourselves, in a benchmarking perspective, with more than 50 other Italian universities participating in the project, while identifying possible good practices.

In this regard, you can find some in-depth information on the Good Practice project and details of the results of the University of Trieste 2023/24 at: https://amm.units.it/node/53184/adminnode

You too can participate in the success of the survey by spending 15 minutes to fill in the questionnaire!

The questionnaire, strictly anonymous, is available from 31/03/2025 to 22/04/2025 at the following links:
