Join us for our Staff Week Key Pillars of Internationalisation: Building a Global Framework between August 25th-29th, 2025!

It is a great opportunity for university staff (teaching and non-teaching) involved or interested in internationalisation to enhance their knowledge and skills, as well as network with colleagues from universities around the world and discover Trieste’s unique culture and charm.

Travel and accommodation expenses are not included, but eligible for Erasmus+ funding for staff mobility from the sending institution.

We are happy to share with you the possibility to book a double studio apartment (single room €60, shared room €30) per night in the beautiful setting of the Joivy campus (in via Fabio Severo 40, Trieste), which will also be the main venue for the Staff Week. 

Please note that spots are limited, so we can accept maximum 2 participants per institution on a first-come, first-served basis.
