On Wednesday 19 March 2025, as part of the “PRO-BENE-COMUNE” project, a theoretical-experiential seminar entitled "Is thinking together always better? How group dynamics can influence our cognitive processes" will take place.

Dr. Diego Zambon, psychologist, will speak about the conditions that influence the effectiveness of group thinking, and how it is possible to make group work more constructive and rewarding, ensuring that every contribution is valued.

The national “PRO-BENE-COMUNE” project is an initiative involving nine Italian universities, including the University of Trieste, with the aim of addressing the challenges related to the psychophysical well-being of university students in a holistic and multidisciplinary manner. The project aims to create a welcoming and inclusive university environment, thanks to targeted counselling interventions, activities to promote well-being and raise awareness of psychological distress, as well as solid research activities.
