Soroptimist International d'Italia is organising a training course for young female graduates at SDA Bocconi in Milan entitled ‘Futuro al Femminile: Women in Leadership’.

The call is aimed at young women with a Master's degree, who are invited to submit their applications to participate free of charge in a three-day training course entitled ‘Futuro al Femminile: Women in Leadership’. The course is part of a joint Soroptimist of Italy - Bocconi project and will be organised by the Bocconi University of Milan - SDA Bocconi School of Management.
The objective of the course is to enhance and foster the empowerment of young women, provide skills and tools to develop their leadership skills; but also to offer elements of reflection to understand and interpret the current socio-political and economic context, focusing on issues of inclusion and a leadership model in which ethics and social responsibility are prevalent. Thus enhancing capacities, promoting self-confidence, but also raising participants' awareness of the importance of gender diversity in the leadership model, encouraging a more balanced and inclusive vision, while encouraging interaction and exchange of experiences. 

The deadline for submitting applications is 31 March 2025.
