On Thursday, October 24, 2024, at 3 p.m., a seminar entitled “Changing Moods in Nature: Phase Transitions” will be held in Aula A of the Department of Physics, Via Valerio 2, Trieste.

The seminar is held as part of the celebrations for the 20th anniversary of the founding of JSTAT - Journal of Statistical Mechanics: Theory and Experiment, in collaboration with SISSA/SISSA Medialab.

Speakers will be professors Andrea Trombettoni (University of Trieste) and Giuseppe Mussardo (SISSA). The seminar, aimed at Physics students, will be held in english and does not require registration.
