On Tuesday, October 15 and Wednesday, October 16, 2024, the “Workshop on underwater noise propagation and impacts on marine life” will take place at the Savoia Excelsior Palace, Riva del Mandracchio 4, Trieste.

The workshop is organized by the Department of Engineering and Architecture of the University of Trieste as part of the BluEcho project.

The event will include talks by researchers active in various European projects related to underwater noise pollution, along with experts in the field, stakeholders such as Fincantieri, Saipem and Wärtsilä, and members of the European Commission's TG Noise.
