33 postcards from the sea

On Tuesday, Sept. 24, 2024, at 4 p.m., at the Ausonia Establishment, Trieste, the T.E.T.R.I.S.S. Cultural Square presents its deck of Poechali! Cultural Cards produced with Modiano Carte da Gioco e Affini. Thirty-three translations (33 like the graphemes of the Cyrillic alphabet) on the theme of the sea: words of poets and prose writers, images of Russian and non-Russian artists will shape ideal postcards, from the past to us. A sea journey through translation: interlinguistic, intersemiotic, interdisciplinary.
The event will also take place in case of bad weather.
