The Italian section of Soroptimist International is organising a post-grad training course for young women at SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milan entitled ‘Futuro al Femminile: Women in Leadership’.

The call for applications is aimed at young women with a master's degree who wish to take part, free of charge, in a three-day training course entitled ‘Futuro al Femminile: Women in Leadership’. The course is part of a joint Soroptimist - Bocconi project and will be organised by the Bocconi University of Milan - SDA Bocconi School of Management.

The aim of the course is to enhance and foster the empowerment of young women, to provide the necessary skills and tools to develop their leadership skills; but also to offer elements of reflection to understand and interpret the current socio-political and economic context, focusing on the issues of inclusion and a leadership model in which ethics and social responsibility are the drivers of behaviour which decision-making is based on. It therefore enhances capacities, promotes self-confidence, but also raises participants' awareness of the importance of gender diversity in the leadership model, encouraging a more balanced and inclusive vision, while fostering interaction and the exchange of experiences.

The deadline for applications is 20th April 2024.
